WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE?
We need a complete set of documents to confirm everything is OK. Passport (all pages), Residence Card (if unavailable: application, confirmation of submission, official letters), for UKR status - screenshot from DIIA, and other documents you consider relevant. Regarding employment, we need your contract, proof of payment receipt (bank transfer), and answers to a few questions.
IS IT SAFE?
Yes. All documents are sent and stored securely. We use encryption, secured servers, and limited data access. Only people involved in the analysis have access to the documents. We do not store data longer than necessary, and it is deleted after the process is complete.
HOW LONG DOES THE DOCUMENT ANALYSIS TAKE?
Time depends on the selected service.

IS THE ANALYSIS A LEGAL SERVICE?
No. Safe-Check does not provide legal services within the meaning of the law. The analysis is informative and helps you determine whether your documents and terms of employment look correct. If we detect irregularities, you will receive recommendations in the report on what to do next or where to seek help.
CAN I CHECK SOMEONE ELSE'S DOCUMENTS?
Yes – provided you have that person's consent. Safe-Check can only analyze documents of persons who have consented to this or who submit the documents themselves for analysis. If you act as an attorney, employer, or guardian, remember to have confirmation of authorization.
WHAT IF MY EMPLOYER DOESN'T WANT TO SHOW ME DOCUMENTS OR THE CONTRACT?
You have the right to receive a copy of the documents on the basis of which you work. If the employer refuses, Safe-Check can help you assess which documents you should have and whether the situation looks suspicious. In the report, you will receive information on what steps you can take to recover the documents or verify their content.
I SUSPECT MY EMPLOYER IS UNDERPAYING ME – CAN THIS BE DETECTED?
Yes. Based on your contract, rates, bank statements and applicable regulations, we can check whether your remuneration has been calculated correctly. In the report, you will receive clear information: – whether the rate is correct, – whether you should receive more, – whether the employer applies the correct settlement rules.
WHAT IF MY RESIDENCE OR WORK MAY TURN OUT TO BE ILLEGAL?
You don't have to worry – the analysis is confidential, and no one but you will know the result. In the report, you will receive information on exactly what is wrong and what your options are. You will also get tips on where you can get support or how to fix the situation step by step.
CAN SAFE-CHECK HELP ME IF MY EMPLOYER THREATENS ME (E.G., “YOUR WORK IS ILLEGAL”)?
Yes. Employers sometimes use such words to create pressure – but very often their claims are untrue. Safe-Check will allow you to check whether there is actually any problem. In the report, you will receive a clear assessment of the documents and a calm, factual explanation that you can use in conversation with the employer.

General ProvisionsThese Terms of Service define the rules for using the website available at www.safe-check.eu, hereinafter referred to as the "Service."The owner and administrator of the Service is NextVenture sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. DefinitionsClient/User – a natural person who uses the Services provided by the Service.Service – a paid service consisting of verifying documents submitted by the Client and preparing the Report.Report – a document in PDF format sent electronically, containing the result of document analysis regarding compliance with the requirements for legal work and residence in Poland.Form – an interactive form available on the Tally.so platform, used for submitting data, documents, and making payments.§ 3. Type and Scope of ServicesThe Service Provider offers two variants of Services: a) Smart-Check (49 PLN) – preliminary verification of the employer in public registers (KRS/CEIDG) and basic analysis of contract compliance with regulations. b) Expert-Check (199 PLN) – detailed audit of documents carried out by an analyst, including recommendations for action.Exclusion of Liability (Important): The Services provided by the Service are exclusively informative and educational. The Report does not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion within the meaning of the Act on Legal Counsel, nor does it guarantee obtaining administrative decisions (e.g., Residence Permit).The Service Provider is not responsible for the legal consequences resulting from the use of the Report in offices or courts, nor for the actions of the Client's employers.§ 4. Rules for Placing Orders and PaymentsThe condition for using the Service is: a) Filling out the Form on the Service website. b) Accepting these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. c) Making payment in advance.Payments are handled by the external payment operator Stripe.The contract for the provision of the service is concluded at the moment of effective payment by the Client.The Service Provider issues VAT invoices at the Client's request, sent to the address [email protected].§ 5. Service CompletionThe time for Service completion is counted from the moment of receiving the complete set of documents and payment posting: a) For the Smart Check package: up to 24 hours (on business days). b) For the Expert Check package: up to 48 hours (on business days).The Report is sent to the e-mail address provided in the Form.In the event of the Client submitting illegible documents, the completion time may be extended until correct files are submitted.§ 6. Withdrawal from the ContractIn accordance with Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract for the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium if the performance of the service has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.By accepting the Terms of Service and clicking "Pay", the Client consents to the immediate commencement of the Service provision and acknowledges the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.§ 7. ComplaintsComplaints regarding the Service can be submitted to the e-mail address: [email protected].The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days.The fact that the verification result (Report) is negative for the Client (e.g., detection of illegal employment) cannot be the basis for a complaint.§ 8. What data do we collect and why?We process data that you yourself provide to us in the form (name, surname, e-mail, scans of identity documents, contracts, payroll documents). We do this exclusively for the purpose of:Performance of the service for work/residence legality (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).Issuing invoices and accounting (legal obligation).3. To whom do we transfer data?Your data is secure. We transfer it only to entities necessary for the operation of the service:Tally (Belgium) – form provider (data storage).Stripe (USA/Ireland) – payment operator (transaction execution).Trusted analysts/lawyers cooperating with the Administrator (based on confidentiality agreements).Important: We do not share your data with your employer or offices (unless you explicitly ask us to).4.
